Can we manage multiple branches under one tenant?
Yes. Each organization can create unlimited branches with dedicated preferences and reporting views. You can manage users, properties, and clients across all branches from a centralized dashboard.
Features
How does feature gating work?
Every capability is tied to a plan and evaluated in real time so branches only see what they are entitled to use. Our system ensures that each organization only has access to features included in their subscription plan.
Do you support custom roles?
Custom roles and permissions are available on Scale and Enterprise plans with full audit coverage. You can define granular permissions for each role and assign them to users across your organization.
Billing
Can we upgrade or downgrade our plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Technical
Is the platform compliant with EU requirements?
Data residency, audit trails, and granular access logs are built in to support GDPR readiness. We store all data in EU servers and provide comprehensive tools for data export and deletion requests.
What integrations do you support?
We provide integrations with popular real estate portals, calendar systems (Google Calendar, Outlook), payment processors (Stripe), and email marketing tools. Custom integrations are available on Enterprise plans.
